I'm Vicki, an Intuitive Holistic Practitioner who helps spiritually-minded women address the emotional roots behind their physical symptoms of autoimmune and chronic inflammation conditions.
I blend spiritual and holistic modalities with my intuitive abilities to create personalized healing journeys.
Beyond my healing work, I am a wife, homeschooling momma to 10 incredible souls, and Mayme to 13 beautiful grands.
My Journey to Healing
There was a time when darkness was my relief.
As a teen, migraines became my unwelcome companion, following me for many years as I pushed through the days, teeth gritted against the pain, then collapsing in a dark, quiet room, hoping to sleep the pain away.
I tried the conventional things...medications...specialists...PT...
But until I looked deeper, nothing changed.
It started with food, MSG specifically. I began reading labels and researching ingredients. This led to looking into those misleading labels on my household and personal care products, too...
What I discovered changed everything.
My migraines started to disappear, and I continued learning.
I learned your emotions play a part in your physical issues.
My body wasn't out to get me. It was trying to get my attention.
This transformed not just my health but gave me purpose. Today, as an Intuitive Holistic Practitioner, I help spiritually-minded women uncover the emotional roots behind their physical symptoms, particularly those struggling with autoimmune conditions and chronic inflammation.
What Makes My Approach Different
While I'm formally trained in multiple healing modalities, I look for the connections between your emotions and physical symptoms that others might miss.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Your body, your emotions, and your experiences are unique to you—shouldn't your healing journey be one-of-a-kind, too?
Healing happens when you look at both the physical and emotional aspects of a condition.
Each of my clients receive a completely personalized approach. I listen to your words, but I also look at what your body is saying through its symptoms. Those headaches, that inflammation, the autoimmune flare-ups—they're all messages trying to guide you toward healing.
My Training and Experience
My path to becoming an Intuitive Holistic Practitioner has included a diverse range of formal training and certifications. I'm trained in Raindrop Technique and Vitaflex, certified as a Reiki Level II practitioner and Spiritual Healer, and have completed numerous essential oil classes including the chemistry of essential oils. I'm also certified in the Chakra Activation Method and am currently completing my Aroma Reiki training. I have personal knowledge of Human Design and will soon begin formal certification in this field as well.
Beyond certifications, my education has included coaching, countless hours of self-development, learning to read and understand labels on everything from food to personal care and household products, and exploring the healing powers of sound.
But my most profound education has come through working directly with hundreds of women who, like you, were seeking a different approach to healing. Each person I've worked with has taught me something valuable about the incredible connection between emotions and physical well-being.
Real Healing Stories
What does healing really look like? Here is what some of my clients have said:
"I feel better than I have in a while. The stiffness went away with movement for the first time in quite a while. Even the psoriasis on my toes looks better."
A client who experienced the sound table with Raindrop Technique shared: "I can honestly say that it was one of the most wonderful experiences. My mind and heart have been on overload but I walked out with so much clarity and peace."
Another shared after years of struggling: "I am writing to let you know my results from my session. I have had 2 years of pain in my lower back and a problem for several years with my balance due to a vestibular problem from damage to a nerve in my ear. I must tell you, after my treatment my back pain was not as bad and my legs are stronger. I am walking around here without the need to always have my hand on something."
Perhaps most telling was the client who simply noted: "This afternoon I have felt an optimism about this whole battle that I haven't felt in a long time."
On a Personal Note
When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me cheering on my grands at their sporting events, spending time with family, enjoying walks or time to myself to reset and recharge. I'm passionate about family, friends, all things dark chocolate, and building community connections.
My “down time” is filled with continuous learning and growth, journaling, baking, and immersing myself in books and trainings that light my soul on fire and help me take better care of myself, my family, and my clients.
Living my life to its fullest allows me to show up more authentically for my clients. The same wholeness I seek for myself is what I wish for you—a life where physical wellness supports your ability to enjoy the people and activities that matter most
