But they aren't meant to always be firing. They are only supposed to jump in as needed, however, too much caffeine, lack of sleep, bottled up emotions, that schedule of yours, hormonal imbalance, your diet, and always pushing yourself to the max can damage them, causing them to wear out, pushing you into ‘survival mode', physically and emotionally.
 
When the things you are fighting or running from are inside of you, you're truly fighting a losing battle.
 
Adrenal Love Roller:
20 drops each Nutmeg, Rosemary, Clove, En-R-Gee
Castor oil or carrier of choice
Roll over the adrenals in the morning and evening

DIY Soothe It Massage Oil:

Invigorating Foot Scrub
2 Tbsp Organic Sugar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Honey
1 tsp Lemon Juice 
3 drops En-R-Gee
2 drops Peppermint (optional)
Mix ingredients well then rub onto feet. Wrap feet with warm damp towels and let sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the towel and wipe off the scrub. Follow with moisturizer if desired.
